Ajman real estate market hits $872m in Q3 as commercial deals surge 48.6 percent
The Ajman real estate sector saw impressive growth during the third quarter of 2025, with a total of 536 property transactions amounting to more than AED3.2 billion ($872 million), according to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.

Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of Real Estate Registration at the department, stated that the latest quarterly data highlights the positive trajectory of Ajman’s property sector and reflects ongoing growth in investment activity.
He added that the emirate’s competitive advantages and flexible investment environment continue to drive momentum and reinforce investor confidence in Ajman’s expanding real estate landscape.
Commercial Property Leads Ajman’s Market
Al Shamsi confirmed that commercial property transactions reached 112 deals in Q3, a 48.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
The total value of commercial real estate rose to AED1.22 billion ($333 million), surpassing the residential segment, which recorded AED545.9 million ($149 million) in value. Industrial properties ranked third, with a total of AED533 million ($145 million).
Investor Confidence and Market Activity
The department also documented 163 valuation transactions for real estate project units, collectively worth AED106 million ($29 million).
Additionally, 426 valuation transactions were processed for Golden Residence permits granted to investors, with a combined value of AED1.73 billion ($472 million).
According to Al Shamsi, these results underscore robust investor demand and affirm Ajman’s growing appeal as one of the UAE’s most promising real estate markets, supported by transparent regulations, competitive pricing, and ongoing infrastructure expansion.
