Sea La Vie is a premium waterfront development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, in the upscale Yas Bay location, and is the first project by the boutique developer; Nine Yards. The company was created through a partnership between Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding. The master developer of the project is Miral. The luxurious complex, located on a nearly 323,000 sq. ft beachfront site, will comprise 4 towers between 15–18 storeys in height with a common podium.
